Trikutaa Sales Private Limited is a sister company of Excel Marketing Corporation.

Job Profile:

We are looking for a dynamic, results-oriented Business Development Executive to lead Sales Operations at Chandigarh & Shimla. This role focuses on the promotion, Presales and direct sales of Fire & Security products. The Business Development Executive will be responsible for driving business growth of Honeywell, BOSCH and Cease Fire etc., by targeting key sectors, including Government institutions, Educational organizations, Public sector undertakings (PSUs), defense establishments, and PWD and CPWD.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and target potential B2B clients to create new business opportunities, particularly for Fire and Security products of Honeywell, BOSCH and Cease Fire, etc.
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet and exceed company targets.
  • Independently close sales deals and manage the full sales cycle.
  • The candidate must be capable of developing business independently.

Desired Candidate Profile:

  • 0 to 3 years of experience in direct and B2B sales is desirable.
  • Candidates must be target-driven, with strong communication & negotiation skills.
  • Own conveyance and a laptop is desirable. (Valid license required).
  • Job requires travelling.

Compensation: fixed + variable components.

  • This is a full-time, target-based role.
  • TA/DA per company policy.
  • Target-based incentives will be paid extra.

Required Qualifications:

  • MBA (Sales & Marketing) or B. Tech (Electrical or Electronics & Communication) or Any Graduate (having sales experience in the similar field)

Skills:

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office.
