Instructional Designer

Roles and Responsibilities

• Develop high-level designs for training programs, including storyboards and ILT (Instructor-Led Training) materials.
• Ensure effective communication of complex technical information through clear instructional design principles.
• Interact with client for business requirements
• Design and maintain Project plan (Gantt Charts) on progress on project
• Design High-Level Design Documents (HLD), storyboards, and visual concepts.
• Create scripts and instructional design documents for various content formats.
• Develop e-learning solutions including interactive elements for diverse learning platforms.
• Collaborate with SMEs and international clients to deliver high-quality instructional materials.
• Proficiently design Instructor-Led Trainings (ILT) and Web-Based Trainings (WBT) aligned with client specifications.
• Ensure alignment with e-learning standards and best practices for global audiences.
• Maintain standards and process to ensure quality standards of all projects
• Connect with vendors for hiring of resources for new projects
• Conduct interview for GDs and IDs for future projects

Key Requirements

• Graduate degree in a relevant field.
• Must have worked on Canva/ PPT to create ILT modules
• At least 8 years of experience for Senior IDs in developing eLearning solutions.
• Proficiency in MS Word, PowerPoint, and must have basic knowledge of e-learning tools such as Articulate Storyline
• Ability to develop effective ILTs and WBTs storyboards.
• Strong understanding of e-learning development.
