Job Title : Pega Architect (LSA).

Location : Hyderabad, Chennai, and Kolkata.

Experience : 7+ years of relevant experience in Pega technology platform.

About the Role :

We are seeking talented Pega Developers with 7+ years of relevant experience to join our dynamic team.

Roles and Responsibilities :

- Serve as the Technical Design Authority for Pega solutions.

- Maintain knowledge of current and emerging technologies, products, and trends.

- Ensure alignment of solutions with business and IT goals.

- Identify and quantify the scope and impact of business requirements.

- Communicate solution options to stakeholders.

- Incorporate software and system architecture into conceptual designs.

- Align with enterprise technology standards.

- Provide strategic thinking, solutions, and roadmaps.

- Own requirement and solution definition artifacts.

- Facilitate open communication and decision-making.

- Mentor and support Development and Business Architect teams.

- Develop innovative approaches to complex assignments.

- Anticipate customer needs and proactively develop solutions.

- Research and recommend industry best practices.

- Forecast and plan resource requirements.

Desired Candidate Profile :

- Strong communication and presentation skills.

- Excellent knowledge and experience in Pega PRPC Enterprise class structure design.

- Strong knowledge of various Pega PRPC concepts and rule types.

- Ability to successfully run end-to-end delivery of Pega PRPC based solutions/projects.
