EVERSANA data & analytics practice is growing rapidly. We are actively looking for a strong Leader with solid knowledge of Marketing Intelligence/ Marketing Analytics to help support the rapid growth and expansion of the practice.

Location: Bengaluru, India

Primary responsibilities include:

• Take a leadership role in implementing EVERSANA business vision and objectives and supporting the strategic development of the business
• Play an active role in Marketing Intelligence practice development and build strong capabilities and solutions as per market and client needs
• Lead multi-client engagement teams - structure and build team capabilities to deliver innovative and effective solutions with high levels of client delight
• Design, develop, and refine marketing mix models to evaluate the effectiveness of various promotional activities, including digital, offline, and omnichannel campaigns (required)
• Integrate pharmaceutical-specific factors such as physician engagement, patient adherence, formulary positioning, and market dynamics into MMM frameworks (required)
• Build and maintain advanced attribution models to assess the impact of digital and multichannel marketing efforts with strong technical expertise and hands-on experience (required)
• Work with large datasets and integrate diverse data sources, including sales, claims, digital engagement, and market research data (required)
• Oversee development of project and product plans to ensure successful completion, on-time and within budget
• Play a lead role in business development, building client relationships and identifying new business opportunities with existing and new clients
• Engage closely with cross-functional EVERSANA teams to ensure D&A capabilities and solutions reach clients
• Recruit new team members; manage and coach junior team members and serve as a subject matter expert and thought partner to colleagues across EVERSANA Qualifications

QUALIFICATIONS

• Undergraduate degree from a top-tier institution with a relevant concentration (e.g., computer science, statistics, economics, operations research, pharma) and strong academic record with 10+ year
