Job Summary:

We are looking for a Cloud Operations Deployment Manager (CODM) to coordinate customer cloud deployments and manage operations for pre-production and production environments. This role requires project management skills, technical knowledge, and strong communication abilities to ensure seamless deployments within set timelines.

The CODM will collaborate with deployment engineers, support teams, product management, and customers to deliver an outstanding cloud deployment experience.

This role typically follows standard business hours but may require weekend work and on-call rotations as deployments often occur outside regular hours.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end customer deployments as the single point of contact during the deployment period.
• Establish and track success criteria, milestones, and timelines to ensure timely delivery.
• Build strong relationships with key customer stakeholders.
• Maintain project tracking and customer issue documentation.
• Oversee release and change management processes.
• Drive continuous improvement of deployment standards and processes.
• Optimize resource allocation, ensuring projects stay within budget while maintaining quality.

Required Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelors degree or equivalent work experience.
• 2+ years of experience in Change & Release Management.
• Knowledge of cloud, networking, and security products is a plus.

✅ Experience with Atlassian tools (JIRA, Confluence).
✅ Database knowledge: DB2, Oracle, SQL Server.
✅ AWS Cloud Practitioner certification is a plus.

Work Environment:

• Remote work with a dedicated home office setup.
• Up to 10% travel may be required based on business needs.
