Position - Plant Finance Controller

Reporting to - BU Finance Head (Corporate)

Direct Reportees - 4-5 People

Locations -

1. Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu

2. Kolkata, West Bengal

Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage plant finances by preparing monthly financial reports, including balance sheets, profit & loss accounts, cash flow statements, and inventory reconciliations.
  
• Oversee product costing, factory accounting, MIS reporting, GST compliance, TDS management, and monthly closing processes.
  
• Ensure accurate financial records and maintain a high level of transparency in all financial transactions.
  
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement in plant operations and implement process enhancements.
  
• Provide strategic guidance on budgeting, forecasting, and resource allocation to support business growth.
