Safety Supervisor

Role & responsibilities

• Monitor site activities to ensure adherence to company and regulatory safety standards.
• Identify potential hazards and implement risk control measures.
• Investigate accidents/incidents, find root causes, and implement corrective actions.
• Conduct toolbox talks, safety inductions, and training programs, Promote a strong safety culture within the organization.
• Ensure all heavy lifting machinery, cranes, and mechanical equipment are operated safely and maintained properly.
• Work closely with operators, riggers, and mechanical teams to ensure safe practices
• Keep records of safety violations, near misses, and incident reports.

Assist in coordinating first aid and emergency response during accidents

Preferred candidate profile

• Education: Diploma/Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Safety, or a related field.
• Experience: Minimum 2-5 years of experience.
• Certifications (Preferred): ADIS, NEBOSH, IOSH, OSHA.
• Willing to work in a construction site environment.
• Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks.
• Strong knowledge of PPE, work permits, and safety audits.
• Hindi Language is a must.
