Digital Marketing Manager (On site)

Role & responsibilities :

• Responsible for developing, managing, and executing the company's digital strategy.
• Design, develop, manage, and execute SEO and SEM strategies.
• Design, develop, manage, and execute the company's website strategy.
• Own HubSpot development, governance, and management.
• Measure and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, gain insights, and assess against goals.
• Analyze consumer behavior and adjust campaigns accordingly.
• Utilize the latest trends, technologies, and methodologies in graphic design, web design, and production to develop and deploy digital GTM strategies.
• Develop and leverage analytics data to improve demand, leads, and conversion rates.
• Develop and manage various organic and paid acquisition channels.
• Create strategies and tactics to drive qualified leads and conversions.

Required Skills and Competencies:

• Proficiency in marketing automation tool management to streamline workflows and optimize campaigns.
• Proven SEO and SEM experience to enhance online visibility and search performance.
• Expertise in website strategy, planning, development, and execution for a strong digital presence.
• Hands-on experience in HubSpot management for effective marketing automation and CRM integration.

Experience and Qualifications:

• 10+ years of experience in SEO, SEM, analytics, and website performance improvements in collaboration with web developers.
• Proven experience in identifying target audiences and executing cross-channel marketing campaigns to engage, educate, and motivate.
• 10 years of experience in online marketing, including social media and content marketing.
• Strong problem-solving ability paired with metrics-driven thinking to analyze challenges and optimize outcomes.
• 10+ years of experience in marketing roles, preferably with a demonstrated increase in scope and responsibility.
• Minimum bachelors degree in marketing with a focus on digital marketing.
• Proficiency in content writing, proofreading, and language competency skills for effective communication.
• Expert knowledge of marketing automation tools for seamless campaign execution.
• Knowledge in trending social media hashtags and keyword research processes to optimize content visibility.
• Hands-on experience in paid search ads and social media paid ad platforms to drive targeted engagement.
• Proficiency in SharePoint management skills for effective content and document collaboration.
• Expert knowledge in WordPress, HTML, and CSS for website customization and optimization.
• 3+ years of experience as a HubSpot super admin for advanced CRM and marketing automation management.
• Proven experience working in US-based markets, understanding regional trends, customer behaviors, and marketing dynamics.
