Shift Timings - 5:30 pm - 2:30 am IST (Night Shift)
JOB BRIEF: As AVP/VP of HR, you will be responsible for a number of job duties related to organizational development, recruitment and staffing, employment law, performance management, employee relations, and compensation and benefits. In addition, provide management, leadership and direction to the HR staff often an entire HR department as well as outside consultants, such as recruitment specialists.
RESPONSIBILTIES:
➢ Setting objectives for Human Resources team and also tracking progress.
➢ Collaborates with executive leadership to define the organizations long-term mission and goals; identifies ways to support this mission through talent management
➢ Formulation of HR & IR strategy aligned to business. Designing and implementation of new and/or existing HR policies and systems aimed at attracting, motivating and retaining talent.
➢ Monitor and report on workforce and succession planning. Tracking staff movement, attrition and vacancies and ensures vacancies are filled within stipulated time using the most effective and cost-efficient method and sources.
➢ Identify training needs for teams and individuals, designs the annual training calendar. Participation, monitoring and evaluation of trainings programs to ensure timely completion and success of the training. Follows up to ensure training objectives are met.
➢ Provides guidance and leadership to the human resource management team; assists with resolution of human resource, compensation, and benefits questions, concerns, and issues.
➢ Formulates policies related to people management, attraction, deployment and development to build a positive and performance-oriented culture in the Company.
➢ Ensures compliance with employment, benefits, insurance, safety, and other laws, regulations, and requirements.
➢ Researches, develops, and implements competitive compensation, benefits, performance appraisal, and employee incentive programs.
➢ Monitor& track productivity levels across company through monthly review meetings and taking corrective actions.
➢ Participates in professional development and networking conferences and events.
➢ Performs other duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATION: -
➢ Masters degree in business or HR. Minimum of 14 years experience in human resources, professional
➢ development and training & employee relations.
➢ Experience in strategic planning and execution.
➢ Knowledge of organizational development theory and practices.
➢ Experience in design, development and implementation of salary administration plans and benefit programs.
➢ Knowledge of computerized information systems used in human resources applications.
➢ Work requires professional written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
➢ Ability to motivate teams to produce quality materials within tight timeframes and simultaneously manage several projects.
➢ Ability to participate in and facilitate group meetings.
➢ Ability to delegate authority and responsibility.
➢ Ability to analyze problems, identify alternative solutions, project consequences of proposed actions and implement recommendations in support of goals. Research, analyze and evaluate new service delivery methods and techniques.
