Job Purpose
STADA is a leading manufacturer of high-quality pharmaceuticals looking for a Human Resource Management professional (C&P) to lead the Culture & People of the Indian office with around 100 or more people responsible for driving the organizations human resources strategies and ensuring efficient office management. In this senior role it is expected to must embody the businesss culture, being responsible for the wellbeing of the workforce and attracting new talent. Also having experience to take ownership of all C&P systems, to effectively manage all processes relating to employee engagement, policy implementation, compliance, budgets, staffing, training & development.
You would be responsible for leading the transformation and embedding of an organization’s
culture. You are expected to champion the company’s values through strong leadership and
inspirational behavior.
As C&P Lead, the goal is to exhibit strategic vision, to ensure that you are the backbone of our
C&P & Admin team to contribute to STADA India growth plan in several aspects. You will need to
demonstrate a combined skillset in excellent communication, daily task organization and effective
collaboration among multi-teams such as C&P, Administration, Finance, Procurement, Supply
chain, Quality, Business development team etc. We seek a motivated and experienced
professional ready to make a significant impact.
Key Responsibilities and tasks
KRA will be briefly as below:
Talent Acquisition and Recruitment, Performance Management, Employee Engagement and
Retention, Training and Development, Compensation & Benefits, Payroll, Policy Development
and Compliance, C&P Shared services, C&P Operations, C&P information system, Employee
communication, R & R, Strategic Initiatives.
Leading the C&P department processes and driving people management strategies which
includes, coaching, mentoring and supporting staff members to identify their individual strengths
and development needs, while championing an open, embracing culture of Diversity, Equity and
Inclusion (DEI) throughout the organisation. You will also ensure that the human resources
programs and initiatives are implemented effectively and efficiently. Office Management, Office
establishment administration including labor law and local compliance. Also, to support STADA
Code of Conduct and STADA values.
You will be a competent contact person to our business leader, especially regarding strategic
HR topics such as organizational development, personnel development, succession planning,
as well as change & transformation projects.
Also to be able and willing to play in an international team, and organizing/managing company
events and team building activities.
Essential Qualification:
To succeed in this role, should have the following skills and experience:
• University Master’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or a Business
Administration, Accounting or administration related subject required or relevant field.
• Minimum [8 to 10 years] of progressive HR and administrative experience with at least 5
years’ experience of working in HR and 3 years’ experience in a managerial role
• Strong knowledge of labor laws, compliance frameworks, and HR best practices.
• Proven ability to manage multi-disciplinary teams and foster collaborative environments
• Speak fluent English and have exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal
skills
• Proficiency in MS Office and in HRIS and office management software
• Proven track record Recruiting for selected senior management and executive positions
including on-boarding, training etc.
• Demonstrated strategic thinking with pro-active working style and self-motivation to drive
change and innovation
• Proven experience as administration manager/ establishment requirement, familiarity with
financial and facilities management principles
