JOB DESCRIPTION

Position : HR Executive Location : Mumbai Role & responsibilities

I. HR - operations:

• Maintaining Data of organization & multiple trackers.
• Handling PF, ESIC and other compliance related work.
• Managing Vendor and coordination with the vendors for PF, ESIC & GMC etc.
• Maintain monthly and quarterly headcount hiring report.
• Reviewing pre-joining checks and documentation as per the compliance requirements of the organization and maintaining 100% adherence.
• Preparing offer & appointment letters and onboarding incumbents to the organization.

II. HR - Recruitment:

• Understanding requirements & doing Bulk hiring to fulfil the requirement of team.
• Handling end to end recruitment life cycle from sourcing resume on various platforms like job portals & campus hiring etc.
• Negotiating and finalizing the offer for the selected candidates
• Ability to be strategic and tactical when making decisions.
• Interpersonal and motivational skills; should be capable of building relationships across the organization.

Qualification:

• Bachelors Degree/ MBA
