JOB DESCRIPTION:

Position: - Assistance Coordinator (Auto/Automotive)

Position Reports to: Operations Manager.

Location: Andheri East, Mumbai

Note: Open to work in rotating shifts which includes night shifts in a 24x7 work environment.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Resolve customer complaints via phone, email, mail or social media.
• Handle complaints (Case) and provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits and follow up to ensure resolution.
• Coordinate with customers, clients & internal operations team regarding case
• Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments and case closure.
• Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support
• Handle case related 2wheelers & 4wheelers services.

Knowledge, skills, and abilities:

• Excellent communication
• Proven customer support experience
• Experience working with customer support.
• Proficient in basic Microsoft applications

Language Know: English & Hindi

South Indian languages preferable (Tamil & Malayalam in particular)

Job Type: Full Time (8-8.5 Hours shift)

Part Time (5-5.50 Hours shift)

Qualification: Full time- Minimum Graduation

Part time -Any

Experience: 6 months - 2 + years

customer service/referral specialist and/or call center experience Assistance Agency exposure preferred.
