Job Description
- Responsible for creating yearly engagement calendar for the company.
- Define all touch points based on engagement calendar based on target and non-target audience.
- Create a reward & recognition program, inline with company values and vision.
- Responsible for creating and owning Talent engagement agenda of the company.
- Define process templates for high and low potential employees.
- Responsible for creating and engaging fun activities at work. Creating yearly calendar for sports and other employee engagement activities.
- Creating and coordinating offsite engagements that includes measuring ROI.
- Create career and success plans to increase the efficiency.
- Creating surveys to measure employee satisfaction and morale.
Preferred candidate profile
- At least have worked on any engagement survey or climate survey including feedback & action planning.
- Require Male candidate.
- Experience of at least 8 years of corporate exposure
- MBA-HR preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, Good knowledge of MS Office
- Experience of managing engagement activities, survey, creating succession plans.
- Result oriented, Ownership & team spirit, Ability to think out of the box
- High degree of integrity
