Senior Executive - Procurement

Responsible for the project layout of the upcoming stores.

Control on standards on Project execution - To maintain high quality standards in execution of store fit out.

New Vendor Development & Negotiation - To search new potential vendors for store design & development with cost efficacy.

Responsible for handling the complete design detailing with external designers

Ensuring quantity is as per designed plans & sites.

Adapting plans according to circumstances and resolving any problems that may arise during construction.

Coordination with fit out agency for drawings and execution of Civil, Electrical, HVAC, firefighting, wood work, etc. for completion of the project.

Coordination with furniture vendor for providing furniture for the store.

A proactive individual with strong follow up capability.

Attitudinal Skills: Team player with great time management and interpersonal skills

Functional Expertise: - Proven track record on designing in home & Retail.

Technical knowledge of- AutoCAD, 3D software is a must.

Google sketchup: very good Knowledge

PowerPoint: should make good presentations

Photoshop: very good knowledge.

Rendering: can be an add on skill

Experience -3 to 5 yrs. of exp. in a similar Industry
