What You'll Do:

- Set clear and achievable sales targets for the team and monitor progress regularly.

- Coach and mentor team members on sales techniques, product knowledge, customer service, and call quality.

- Conduct performance reviews, provide constructive feedback, and identify areas for improvement.

- Motivate and inspire team members to achieve their full potential.

- Foster a positive and collaborative team environment that encourages teamwork and individual growth.

- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve team and individual sales goals.

- Analyze sales data and identify areas for improvement in sales processes and performance.

- Conduct sales forecasting and track key performance indicators (KPIs).

- Identify and pursue new business opportunities.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.

- Ensure customer satisfaction and resolve customer issues effectively.

- Identify training needs and develop training programs to enhance team skills and knowledge.

- An MBA degree or equivalent experience.

- 2-4 years of experience in a supervisory role (preferred).

- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

- Excellent presentation and communication skills (both written and verbal).
