Job Title: QA Lead/Manager
Team Leadership
- Manage, mentor, and develop a team of QA engineers.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement and learning
- Conduct performance reviews and provide career development guidance Strategy And Planning
- Develop and implement QA strategies aligned with business goals
- Create and maintain quality assurance processes and best practices
- Collaborate with development and product teams to ensure quality is integrated throughout the SDLC
Hands-on Technical Work
- Participate in technical design reviews and provide input on testability
- Develop and maintain automated test frameworks and tools
- Conduct code reviews of test scripts and assist in complex debugging scenarios Quality Metrics And Reporting
- Define and track key quality metrics
- Prepare and present quality reports to stakeholders
- Analyse trends and propose improvements based on data Test Environment Management
- Oversee the setup and maintenance of test environments
- Ensure efficient use of testing resources and tools Agile Practices
- Participate in Agile ceremonies and represent the QA perspective
- Ensure QA activities are well-integrated into sprint cycles Cross-functional Collaboration
- Work closely with development, product, and operations teams
Communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
What We Expect You To Have :
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 8+ years of experience in software quality assurance, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Strong knowledge of QA methodologies, tools, and best practices
- Proficiency in test automation frameworks using Selenium with Java or Playwright with Typescript or Cypress.
- Experience with performance testing tool like JMeter, security testing, and API testing
- Proficiency in defect tracking and test management tools.
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices
Good to Have :
- Having call center solution like Dialer, WFM and any third party tool testing experience.
Soft Skills :
- Excellent leadership and team management abilities
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to prioritise and manage multiple projects simultaneously
