Recruiter Intern

Role & responsibilities

• Assist in sourcing candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and internal databases.
• Screen resumes and schedule interviews in coordination with hiring managers.
• Maintain and update recruitment trackers using Excel and MS tools.
• Prepare and analyze recruitment reports using MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, etc.).
• Manage and update job descriptions across different platforms.
• Support in employer branding activities, including social media postings.
• Coordinate pre-joining formalities and documentation.
• Assist in other HR tasks as required.

Preferred candidate profile

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proficiency in MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, etc.) and other MS Office tools (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.).
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Prior internship experience in HR/recruitment is a plus.
