What the Role Offers:
This role provides the opportunity to build and nurture client relationships, drive business growth, and represent a premium brand in the home décor industry. As a Field Sales Executive, you will play a key role in expanding our customer base and bringing The Artariums creative solutions to clients.
You will engage in face-to-face interactions with clients, build rapport, and demonstrate the value of our offerings. As an individual contributor, you will be responsible for achieving sales targets in your assigned region while working in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Generate leads through market research and existing networks.
Identify key decision-makers and initiate the sales process with potential clients.
Conduct client meetings and deliver product presentations to showcase The Artariums offerings.
Ensure regular follow-ups to close sales within a time-bound framework.
Develop and maintain strong client relationships to encourage repeat business.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of products and resolution of client concerns.
Ensure payments are collected in alignment with the company's payment terms and policies.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to think on your feet and solve problems effectively.
Active listening skills with a focus on understanding client needs.
Innovative mindset with the ability to identify and create new opportunities.
Passionate, self-motivated, and goal-oriented.
Eligibility:
Minimum 12 months of relevant sales experience preferred.
Must own a laptop and bike (with valid RC and DL).
Bachelor’s degree or MBA in any field is preferred.
