We are seeking a skilled and dynamic Business Development Executive (BDE) to join our team in the IT sector. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of online bidding platforms such as Upwork and Fiverr, expertise in drafting professional cover letters, and exceptional pricing and negotiation skills. This role involves identifying new business opportunities, building client relationships, and driving growth in a competitive environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate leads and identify potential clients through platforms like Upwork, Fiverr, and other online bidding platforms.

• Write compelling and customized cover letters to respond to client requirements effectively.

• Negotiate project budgets and pricing with clients to achieve mutually beneficial terms.

• Maintain a thorough understanding of market trends and client needs in the IT sector.

• Collaborate with the technical team to create project proposals that align with client objectives.

• Establish and maintain long-term relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and referrals.

• Track and achieve sales targets as per the company's growth objectives.

• Keep updated records of sales, revenue, and client communications.

Key Skills & Requirements:

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in business development within the IT sector.

• Proven expertise in platforms such as Upwork, Fiverr, and similar marketplaces.

• Strong command over cover letter writing tailored to client needs and expectations.

• Excellent communication, pricing, and negotiation skills.

• Strong analytical skills to evaluate client requirements and match them with services.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

• Knowledge of IT services and solutions is a must.
