JDA WMS Dispatcher

L3 JDA - Job Description:

• Must have 4 to 5 years of hands on experience in JDA Dispatcher (WMS)

• Strong experience in writing complex shell scripts

• Strong knowledge in SQL

• Strong Technical and functional knowledge across various WMS functionalities

• Should have experience of working with Production support projects and Comfortable with working in shifts

• Ability to handle Critical and timebound tickets - P1/P2s effectively and able to guide team members during P1/P2s out of shift hrs.

• A team player with excellent written and verbal communication skills and strong organizational skills

• Must have excellent problem solving and analytical skills

• Ability to work independently, self-motivated and highly focused

• Ability to understand customer issues and take appropriate approach to resolve the same.

• Need to collaborate with multiple teams, customer to arrive at technical and tactical decisions

• Ability to work in shifts and be flexible with the timings.
