Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Martech and HubSpot Specialist to join our marketing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and optimizing our marketing technology stack, with a primary focus on HubSpot. This role involves implementing, configuring, and maintaining various marketing technology tools to support our marketing initiatives and drive business growth. The Martech and HubSpot Specialist will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and utilization of marketing technology platforms to achieve our strategic objectives.
Responsibilities:
HubSpot Management:

Serve as the primary administrator for HubSpot, including user management, system configuration, and optimization.
Implement and manage marketing automation workflows, email campaigns, lead nurturing processes, and scoring models within HubSpot.
Develop and maintain HubSpot dashboards and reports to track key performance metrics and campaign effectiveness.
Stay updated on new HubSpot features and capabilities, and proactively recommend improvements and optimizations.
Marketing Technology Stack Management:

Evaluate, select, implement, and integrate new marketing technology solutions to enhance our marketing efforts and improve efficiency.
Ensure seamless integration between HubSpot and other marketing technology platforms, such as CRM systems, analytics tools, and content management systems.
Troubleshoot technical issues related to marketing technology platforms and collaborate with IT or external vendors to resolve them promptly.
Data Management and Analysis:

Manage data quality and hygiene within HubSpot, including data segmentation, cleansing, and enrichment.
Utilize data analytics and reporting tools to analyze campaign performance, identify trends, and make data-driven recommendations for optimization.
Work closely with the marketing team to develop audience personas, segmentations, and targeting strategies based on data insights.
Training and Support:

Provide training and support to internal stakeholders on the effective use of HubSpot and other marketing technology tools.
Develop documentation, tutorials, and best practice guidelines to facilitate knowledge sharing and adoption of marketing technology platforms across the organization.
Collaboration and Communication:

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and IT, to align marketing technology initiatives with business objectives.
Communicate regularly with key stakeholders to provide updates on marketing technology projects, initiatives, and performance metrics.
Qualifications:
---------------
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Information Technology, or related field.
3+ years of experience in marketing technology management, with a focus on HubSpot.
HubSpot certifications (e.g., HubSpot Marketing Software, HubSpot CRM) preferred.
Strong technical proficiency with marketing automation platforms, CRM systems, and other marketing technology tools.
Solid understanding of digital marketing concepts, including inbound marketing, lead generation, and customer segmentation.
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, analyze trends, and make data-driven recommendations.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Detail-oriented with strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Proven track record of driving results and improving marketing performance through the effective use of marketing technology.
Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, preferably in the technology or SaaS industry
