Marketing & Communication Manager

Espire is looking for a Marketing Manager who can lead the marketing and communication activities.

Role: Senior Manager-Marketing

Location: Gurgaon

Desired Industry Experience: 8+ Years

Role Description:

• Managing brand management and corporate identity
• Managing the global marketing activities for the company
• Developing the marketing strategy for the company in line with company objectives.
• Co-ordinating marketing campaigns with sales activities.
• Overseeing the company's marketing budget.
• Manage and write high quality content for various collaterals, white papers, case studies etc.
• Identifying relevant events and forums to participate/sponsor/partner.
• Preparing and leading the annual events plan for all key markets.
• Management of global events.
• Directing and coordination all pre-event and post-event activities.
• Maintaining annual marketing budgets and updating them as required.
• Identifying engagement opportunities (free and paid) with relevant digital/social media communities, online forums, networks, online magazines, influencer blogs and other media to propagate and amplify Espires story.
• Planning engagements opportunities for the above-mentioned channels, covering content-centric engagements (articles/advertorials/whitepapers etc.), digital events (such as webinars, podcasts or others) and more.
• Team management.

Desired skills:

• Excellent communication skills.
• Knowledge of best practices in Marketing and latest trends.
• Solid knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, NetInsight, Omniture, WebTrends) and marketing automation tools like Hubspot
• Strong project management, multitasking, and decision-making skills
