IT Recruiter-Contract role- Espire Infolabs (CMMI Level 5) Gurgaon

The incumbent needs to be able to manage end to end hiring for the open roles assigned. Also should be an excellent communicator who is able to assess the candidates properly.

Must be good in stakeholder management as well.

This is a 6 months contractual role.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end requirement process for the positions assigned.
• Work collaboratively with managers and supervisors to develop proactive recruitment plans that meet the current and projected hiring needs
• Build and manage strong candidate pipelines through the use of social media, job boards, and innovative sourcing tactics
• Effectively source passive candidates for current and future project needs
• Screening the applicants based on competency and job requirements.
• Source candidates from various job boards and other sources like Naukri.com, LinkedIn, referral etc.
• Create and maintain strong networking relationships with internal stakeholders and external talent sources
• Coordinate with interview panel for regular interviews
• Salary negotiation with candidates
• Offer letter generation and candidate engagement.
• Provide daily/weekly reports to hiring managers on a timely basis

Preferred candidate profile

• 7+ years of experience in the IT recruitment industry, preferably in software service companies
• Solid understanding of recruiting metrics and recruitment practices and methods
• Team player with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Should be ok to work from office.
