Onboarding Specialist- Gurgaon

Job Description

• Welcome newly hired employees and execute the joining formalities
• Own the end-to-end induction process, ensuring a smooth start into their roles as well as in the organization.
• Design and deliver the best onboarding and induction practices that suit the culture
• Be the first point of contact for new employees. Provide new hires with all the necessary information during and after induction.
• Be a change agent and identify areas of improvement in the entire Onboarding and candidate experience process
• Collaborate with various stakeholders like Talent Acquisition team/ HRBPs/ IT & Admin and provide workable solutions.
• Ensure compliance with all processes and maintaining a high level of confidentiality at all times.

Specifications and capabilities required

• Good communications skills
• Creative, detail-oriented, and able to multi-task in dynamic, fast-changing
• Good knowledge of MS Excel and PPT
• Should be willing to work for 5 days a week from Gurgaon office of Espire Infolabs
