Job Description
- A responsible Technically Compatible Manager with an experience of not less then 12 Years, must have worked on Government Projects.

- Qualification : B.Tech, MCA, MBA, MBA IT
Role & Responsibility
- The ideal candidate should have experience in various aspects of project management with a strong focus on technical expertise, team leadership, stakeholder management, and delivering high-quality software solutions that meet customer expectations.1. Project Planning and Managemento Define project scope, goals, and deliverables. Develop project plans and timelines. Allocate resources and manage project budget.2. Stakeholder Management:o Coordinate with stakeholders to establish a comprehensive project schedule and implementation plan.o Collaborate with departments and stakeholders to finalize a project charter detailing scope, objectives, deliverables, resource needs, budget, and timeline.3. Project Documentation and Change Request managemento Develop and oversee project documentation, ensuring approval through change request processes.4. Team Leadership:o Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors.o Motivate project team members and facilitate effective communication.o Provide leadership and direction to cross-functional teams.5. Monitor and Controlo Monitor project milestones, providing regular updates and status reports to MPSEDC.o Prepare regular status reports and presentations for management.6. Quality Assurance:o Ensure that all projects are delivered with high quality standards.o Perform quality assurance checks and ensure adherence to project specifications.
