Job Title : Assistant Manager ( Sales Accounting)

Job Location : Delhi (HO)

Duties/ Roles & Responsibilities

• Daily bank reconciliation & Handling Sales Accounting.
• Import remittance accounting / bank charges entries
• Identify and trace the bank entries not accounted by us and correct accounting
• Having good experience in SAP (FICO) module.
• Establishing controls on un presented cheques for more than 15 days
• Verification of all expenses invoices with agreement and appropriate accounting
• Ensure Correct GST information on Invoices for both Vendor & Company
• Ensure correct deduction of TDS as per Income tax, Logistic, Dispatch, Commercial Accounting.
• Ensure Correct GST Input / RCM Applicability as per GST rules
• Maintain bank transaction i.e Prepayment entries in Oracle for Advance Domestic & Import Payment
• Verification of Creditors advances and appropriate action for settlement
• Domestic Vendor Payable Finance Facility
• Experience in Debtor Control.
• Working on various pricing schemes.
• Timely updating Debit & Credit note.
• Communication with the Dealers & Sales Team Leaders for outstanding, schemes etc.
• Sales Realization.
• Large Order Processing.
• Timely Dispatch of orders.
• Freight Competitiveness.
• Credit limit/Credit days to follow

Job Specification:-

• Qualification CA Inter/ Graduate
• Proven working experience as sales Accounting / Chanel Accounting in large-scale company
• Advanced computer skills in MS Office, accounting software (SAP) and databases,
• Ability to manipulate large amounts of data and compile detailed reports.
• High attention to detail and excellent analytical skills
• Sound independent judgment.
