EY- Consulting - Risk Consulting - Enterprise Risk - Staff

As part of our Consulting Enterprise Risk team, our clients look for EY s expertise across the consulting solutions and specifically for engagements related to Internal Audit, Process compliance and reviews, SOX 404, Third Party Risk Management, Regulatory Compliance and Enterprise Risk Management.

The opportunity
This is client-facing role in a rapidly growing practice, where you ll build client relationships with key stakeholders, including management executives for some of the most globally recognized brands. It makes this the perfect place to gain a deeper understanding of complex businesses transactions, all the while recommending solutions to some of the most pressing business challenges and process inefficiencies, by improving their processes and leveraging technologies. Your key responsibilities
Delivery

• Participate in process discussions and walkthrough meetings with Seniors, and prepare process flows / narratives and risk & control matrices
• Conduct and document test of design and operating effectiveness of controls for multiple processes across client(s), as per the defined standards and quality benchmark
• Meet quality guidelines within the established turnaround time (or allotted budget) for assigned requests
• Provide regular status update to the Seniors on the controls tested

Client Management

• Develop strong working relationships with the client and onshore client teams
• Maintain rapport and proactive communication with the client

People related

• Display teamwork, integrity and leadership. Work with team members to set goals and responsibilities for specific engagements. Foster teamwork and innovation.
• Utilize technology & tools to continually learn and innovate, share knowledge with team members and enhance service delivery.

Skills and attributes for success

• Good command on spoken and written English
• Analytical, organized and meticulous consulting skills
• Moderate to Strong command on German speaking skill
• Strong academic history and professional experience (degree in Business, Accounting, Finance or similar work experience)
• Proficient in MS-Office Suite
• Team player with strong interpersonal skills
• Ability to prioritize deliverables effectively in order to achieve optimum results.

To qualify for the role, you must have

• 1-3 years of work experience in risks & controls, with experience mainly in Internal Audit / SOX / internal controls
• Bachelor s in commerce OR MBA (Master s in business administration)
• Strong academic history (degree in Business, Accounting, Finance or similar)
• Good command on spoken and written English
• Team player with strong interpersonal skills
