Key skills for the job
Major Purpose of the Job: The jobholder shall be responsible for payroll & benefits, Human Resources MIS, employee induction & initial handholding, employee relations and employee engagement initiatives, timely performance appraisals, and employee retention.
Principal TASKS & Responsibilities: The incumbent shall periodically interact with senior managers, functional heads, client managers, and employees for delivering Human Resource processes leading to employee delight.
Induction & Initial Handholding
Ensure smooth and seamless handover of new hires/trainees from the Talent Acquisition team to training/operations and implement induction.
Implement sublime Induction Processes for new hires.
Handle HR induction and coordinate with other HODs to ensure smooth transition.
Periodic interaction with new joinees and trainers to ensure new joinees are motivated and meet the required criteria at various stages of training.
Probation / Confirmation
Release of probation / confirmation / extension of probation letters etc. as per timelines and criteria in coordination with functional and department heads.
Ensure timely update of all HR information into the HR application/HR files.
HR Management System
Implementation and management of the new HR management system.
Timely updation of employee details, e.g. hiring, confirmation, transfer, promotion, separation etc.
Payroll Processing
Facilitate payroll processing by providing inputs of salary and attendance for all office based employees/consultants/trainees in partnership with the various department heads and the Finance team.
Ensure attendance is updated on a daily basis by all stakeholders/functional heads.
Ensure the process of information transfer to Finance is followed and timelines are strictly maintained.
Performance Management
Ensure timely review of performance to ensure promotions/changes in salary and designations are updated and information disseminated to concerned parties.
Ensure the timely release of increment and promotion letters.
Employee Relations
Periodically interact with department heads and employees to understand the employee motivation, teamwork and other patterns.
Initiate and support employee motivational / reward initiatives and sustain the focus
Aggressively improve employee retention
Grievance handling and management
Employee Engagement
Drive Employee Engagement initiatives including to keep up the motivation levels in the organization
Conduct celebration of various EVENTs to promote teamwork, synergy and employee motivation
Act as a central coordinator to further the OG Healthcare culture and values
MIS & Documentation
Submit MIS pertaining to induction, attrition, exit analysis, training and development to the senior management periodically.
Maintain documentation that meets OG Healthcare standards and HIPAA compliance standards.
Submission of various MIS and Daily, Weekly reports
F&F Settlements
Facilitation of F&F settlement processes as per policy in coordination with Finance team
Knowledge of Darwin box, SuccessFactors, PeopleSoft etc.
Must have exposure as HRBP with approx., 500 Field Force employee strength
Candidate must be from Pharmaceutical background
