Join Ericsson as a Scrum Master and take on a key role in driving the automation of managed services delivery activities. Your expertise will be instrumental in ensuring that our automation solutions meet client expectations and deliver necessary functionality.

Responsibilities & Tasks:

• Guide the team and organization in leveraging Agile/Scrum practices and values to exceed customer expectations.
• Support the team in maximizing self-organization and filling intentional gaps in the Agile/Scrum frameworks.
• Assess the Scrum maturity of the team and organization, and coach them towards higher levels of maturity at a sustainable pace.
• Identify and remove impediments that hinder progress, fostering a safe environment for issue resolution and problem-solving.
• Facilitate open communication, decision-making, and conflict resolution within the team.
• Support and educate the Product Owner in grooming and maintaining the product backlog.
• Provide servant leadership to the team, leading by example and offering support whenever needed.
• Position Qualifications:
• Minimum of 8 years experience as a Scrum Master for a software development team following Scrum principles, practices, and theory.
• Familiarity with other Agile approaches (e.g., XP, Kanban, Crystal, FDD) and successful Agile techniques (e.g., User Stories, ATDD, TDD, Continuous Integration).
• Knowledge of the technologies used by the team and experience in applying various documented patterns and techniques to enhance the Scrum approach.
• Strong communication and mentoring skills.
• BE/ B.Tech or equivalent.
