IAM Engineer - Specialist

An exciting career opportunity awaits at Ericsson as an IAM specialist. We are looking for an identity & access management professional. An IAM engineer is a proficient and knowledgeable in IAM operations who has worked in operations teams previously and has an interest in working in a new dynamic and challenging setting.

What you will do:
The role would typically include the following responsibilities:

• Being an expert in the IAM space with a focus not only on design but also a clear strategy for deployment

• Identify and problem solve complex, systemic issues spanning multiple systems and teams as they relate to identity, accounts, authentication, and access. This may include designing systems or services from ground up.

• Provide overall direction and insight into the IAM functions across the organization, including areas such as Federation, Authentication/Authorization, Security and Provisioning Identity Data.

• Remediate escalated service issues related to new accounts or account changes (break/fix), then design processes or technical solutions to prevent them from recurring.

• Automate and/or execute IT infrastructure-related projects such as platform migrations and information security policy updates. Partner with internal service owners and teams to evaluate technical data, create recommendations, obtain consensus, plan, and execute service upgrades and changes.

• Develop processes, policies, tools, and solutions to increase the operational efficiency and effectiveness of identity, accounts, authentication, and access management with a focus on excellent user journeys or experiences.

• Experience supporting / troubleshooting / building identity and access management infrastructure.

• Development of technical security design specifications, engineering and integration specifications, standards, requirements and implementation of appropriate technology architecture.

Primary Skill: Forge Rock Identity management (OPENIDM), ForgeRock Directory Services, Linux (Intermediate Level).
Secondary Skill: LDAP, MYSQL, Scripting (Perl/python/shell), Rest API, Core Java
Future Skills: Azure Cloud, AWS Cloud, Kubernetes.

Key Qualifications:
Education: Graduate in Computer Science or similar
Minimum years of relevant experience: 6+ years of experience in handling core IAM Operations stuff.
