Job Description
- Ensuring KPI / SLA Fulfillment related to Network Surveillance.
- Responsible for day to day operational performance
- Shift handling skills able to develop team member in shift
- To be able to interface with the other organizational entities like Circle team NPI, NPO, Optimization, SRF, FO, Projects, 3PP, Customer Support, Customer etc
- To handle and analyze Trouble Tickets and recommend timely actions and solutions to Trouble Tickets when necessary.
- Raise TT towards Second level in consultation.
- Regular follow up on the events with relevant departments for ongoing incident
- To plan perform all the shift operational activities.
- Aligned with EOE.
- Experience in Telecom Network for 3+ Year.
- Technical and/or functional skills: GSM (2G, 4G and 5G) Knowledge, Telecom Service Network, Service Application characteristics, Implementation integration of processes.
- People Management, Interpersonal skills, Customer Relationship Management
- Language skills: Proficiency in Written Spoken English Hindi
- Values and behaviors: Ericsson Core Values, Honesty, Integrity, Positive Attitude, Ability to handle pressure work in a tough environment
