About this opportunity:

We at Ericsson are excited to present this opportunity for an Automated Operations Engineer. This role requires Managing NOC 24X7 environment to handle the day-to-day operational challenges and ensure smooth operations and as per the contract agreements. Must have the shift handling skills and good communication skills. Lead by example will be the key attribute desired for the role.

What you will do:

• Ensuring KPI / SLA Fulfillment related to Network Surveillance.
• Responsible for day to day operational performance
• Shift handling skills able to develop team member in shift
• To be able to interface with the other organizational entities like Circle team NPI, NPO, Optimization, SRF, FO, Projects, 3PP, Customer Support, Customer etc
• To handle and analyze Trouble Tickets and recommend timely actions and solutions to Trouble Tickets when necessary.
• Raise TT towards Second level in consultation.
• Regular follow up on the events with relevant departments for ongoing incident
• To plan perform all the shift operational activities.
• Aligned with EOE.

The skills you bring:

• Experience in Telecom Network for 3+ Year.
• Technical and/or functional skills: GSM (2G, 4G and 5G) Knowledge, Telecom Service Network, Service Application characteristics, Implementation integration of processes.
• People Management, Interpersonal skills, Customer Relationship Management
• Language skills: Proficiency in Written Spoken English Hindi
