into tradable digital assets, avail credit against those assets through partner NBFCs and Banks

and get better prices for their produce. The Ergos Grainbank platform empowers farmers by

providing them with a choice on when, how much quantity and at what price they want to sell

their produce, thus maximizing their income.

Position: Human Resourcse Manager

Location: Bangalore

Experience: 10+ years in HR, with at least 5 years in a leadership role

Education: Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field

Key Responsibilities

Strategic HR Leadership

• Develop and execute the organization's HR strategy in alignment with business objectives.
• Lead workforce planning, ensuring the organization has the right talent to achieve its goals.
• Act as a strategic advisor to senior management on all people-related matters.

Talent Acquisition and Management

• Oversee recruitment strategies to attract and retain top talent.
• Drive succession planning and career development initiatives.
• Establish strong employer branding to position the organization as a preferred workplace.

Performance Management and Development

• Implement performance management systems to drive accountability and excellence.
• Champion training programs for employee development and leadership growth.
• Foster a culture of continuous feedback and professional growth.

Employee Engagement and Culture

• Promote a positive workplace culture that aligns with company values.
• Lead diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives to build an inclusive workforce.
• Drive employee engagement through regular surveys and actionable initiatives.
