Operation Theatre Manager

Role & responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate the activities of the operating theatre staff.
• Ensure adherence to health and safety regulations and protocols.
• Manage scheduling of surgeries and allocation of theatre resources.
• Maintain inventory levels of surgical supplies and equipment.
• Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and other medical professionals.
• Monitor and assess the performance of the operating theatre team.
• Implement and review policies and procedures for theatre operations.
• Provide training and development opportunities for staff.
• Must have knowledge about NABH

Preferred candidate profile

• Bachelor's degree in Operation Theatre OR Diploma in O.T. Technician from a reputed Institute.
• Must have relevant Experience as a Senior O.T. Incharge / O.T. Manager in a reputed NABH Hospital.
