Your responsibilities as a Media Performance Analyst (Offline Media)- Our Multichannel-Unit is looking for an offline media analyst to create the basic, medium, and complex reportings for our clients in specified standards. The following tasks can also be added: regular maintenance of media landscapes, competitor analyses, creative reporting, adhoc data reconciliation according to instructions e.g. booking control. Collect data from different systems (e.g., MediaWizzard, VideoScope, DAP Medialine, AudioXpert, Nielsen and furthermore) Pivot data according to requirements Verify collected data with media plan & local tools (see above) Populate Excel-Reportings with necessary data Communication with TV-Unit within the company in case of issues
You will fit right in if you have - 1-2 years of work experience in the commercial field, basic media knowledge would be advantage Graduation of business school, marketing, or a related field Excellent knowledge of Excel - advanced formula skills in Excel, independently create and understand complex Excel formulas. Using Pivot table and formulars like: LOOKUP |INDEX MATCH | IF combined with AND / OR | OFFSET | SUMIFS | HOUR | CONCATENATE | NUMBERVALUE |IFERROR | LEFT | RIGHT | FIND High understanding of numbers and mathematics | dealing with huge amount of data High analytical skills Working independently Analytical skills and interest in working with large amounts of data. The candidate must be able to understand and interpret various data (absolute numbers; Indices; percentages).
