At Fi, you will :
-Lead a team of analysts and ensure that the team is meeting its goals and objectives.
-Lead and manage new projects within the AML/KYC compliance team, including project planning, execution, and closure.
-Conduct due diligence on customers and transactions,and identify & report suspicious activity.
-Implement and maintain compliance procedures in accordance with AML and KYC regulations.
-Maintain accurate records and documentation of due diligence and compliance procedures.
-Provide training and mentoring to team members on AML and KYC regulations and procedures.
-Collaborate with internal and external teams to ensure compliance with regulations and company policies.
-Stay current with regulatory changes and updates related to AML and KYC and implement them in the team s - -policies and procedures.
-Act as a point of escalation for complex cases, and provide guidance to the team in the resolution process.
-Prepare and present reports to the senior management on the teams performance and compliance status.
