- Quality Management: Develop and implement a comprehensive quality management system, including policies, procedures, and standards, to meet or exceed quality expectations
- Quality Control: Establish processes and protocols to control and monitor the quality of products or services at various stages of production or delivery
- Quality Standards: Ensure that the organization complies with relevant quality standards and regulatory requirements, such as ISO standards, FDA regulations, or industry-specific certifications
- Quality Audits: Conduct internal audits or oversee external audits to assess compliance with quality standards and identify areas for improvement
- Continuous Improvement: Lead efforts to continuously improve processes, products, and services, addressing non-conformities and implementing corrective and preventive actions
- Documentation: Maintain detailed records of quality assurance activities, audit findings, corrective actions, and quality-related documents
- Training and Development: Provide training and guidance to employees on quality standards, best practices, and quality improvement techniques
- Supplier Quality: Collaborate with suppliers to ensure they meet quality standards and specifications, including evaluating supplier performance
