Roles and Responsibilities :

Technical Skills :

- Minimum 10 years' experience working in application / integration / AI & ML / data architecture domain.

- Ability to help lead and define a strategy/roadmap, guardrails, operating model and provide technical leadership across these deliverables.

- Software Development experience especially using AWS, Azure, Microsoft, Java and Mobile Application Development technologies.

- Experience in designing and development AI/ML models and solutions using AWS, Azure, Snowflake;

- API integration experience for building and connecting SOAP, JSON, REST APIs, using Mulesoft or similiar and/or AWS/Azure API technologies.

- Some exposure to GenAI use cases and initiatives is desirable.

Non-technical skills ;

- Excellent written and spoken communication and stakeholder engagement (English).

Self-driven individual with the ability to handle large technically complex projects utilising time

management and multi-tasking skills. A high degree of leadership and independence whilst also being an excellent team player able to take instruction and accept direction.

- Works well under pressure without compromising the quality of work.

- Strong problem-solving ability: both business and technical level. Able to work collaboratively to resolution with diverse stakeholders.

- Strategic thinker, open to new ideas and assists in defining direction

- Effective communicator, with solid interpersonal and analytical decision making.

- Excellent time management skills to effectively manage changes in priority, implementations and daily support issues

- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to promote ideas and work effectively with all levels within the organization.
