Gurgaon, New Delhi . Work from the client office 5 days a week. Work Shift :India Shift, overlapping with US timings
Role:Program Manager
Key Responsibilities
Program manager for a large scale, complex and time-sensitive project in Cards and Payments areas
Establish an integrated program planâ"”including goals, high level timelines, key milestones. Manage program risks and issues. Ensure timely and precise communication with all stakeholders. Handle program level changes
Ensure project status is shared via weekly status reports, steering committee reports, etc. Track scope, timelines, risks, financials
Mandatory skills*
Domain expertise
Understands the complexities of large program management, dependencies on other tracks
Strong technical background in payment processing systems, card management platforms, and related technologies. End-to-end card management process, including issuance, activation, and fulfillment. Experience in formulating testing plans, designing test cases, executing UAT, and conducting workshops
Need to have a strong background on multitasking, maturity to handle pressure, good understanding of testing/ execution/ client interaction. Desired skills*
Working knowledge of credit cards platforms
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Strong analytical skills to interpret data and make informed decisions. Knowledge of payment gateways and integration processes. Must be excellent communicator and has track record of working with senior stakeholders. Excellent PowerPoint skills and ability to create a compelling presentation. Should be Organized and proactive. Must have the working knowledge on Jira, SAFe agile, software development, release planning & migration, testing. Must have experience managing large programs for Banks and FIs
