Python Developer - Artificial Intelligence/Machine Learning (7-12 yrs)

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and train machine learning models using Python and relevant libraries (TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn).

- Implement and deploy machine learning models to production environments.

- Build and maintain machine learning pipelines.

- Select appropriate machine learning algorithms and techniques based on the problem and data.

- Evaluate model performance and tune hyperparameters.

- Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in machine learning.

- Collect, clean, and preprocess data for model training.

- Perform feature engineering to improve model performance.

- Handle missing data and outliers.

- Evaluate model performance using appropriate metrics.

- Implement cross-validation and other techniques to ensure model robustness.

- Monitor model performance in production and retrain models as needed.

- Work closely with other engineers, data scientists, and product managers.

- Communicate technical concepts clearly and concisely.

- Participate in agile development methodologies.

Qualifications :

- Master's or Ph. degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related field.

- 7-12 years of professional experience in AI/ML development.

- Strong proficiency in Python and related ML libraries (TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn).

- Deep understanding of machine learning algorithms and techniques (supervised learning, unsupervised learning, reinforcement learning).

- Experience with data preprocessing and feature engineering.

- Experience with model evaluation and validation.

- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Preferred Skills :

- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and related AI/ML services (SageMaker, Azure ML Studio, Vertex AI).

- Experience with deep learning frameworks.

- Experience with MLOps tools and practices.

- Experience with big data technologies (Hadoop, Spark).

- Knowledge of natural language processing (NLP) or computer vision (CV)
