Recruit, train & manage the entire operations team including all levels. Your primary teams would be:. Planning & procurement. Warehouse & logistics. Project execution & management. You will onboard and liaise with the vendors with regard to pricing & scoping. You will be responsible for the timely planning of projects to maximize CSAT and unit economics. You will closely work with other teams like Sales, Designs, Venues, etc to ensure smooth operations across the value chain. Provide regular updates, insights & feedback to the central team & founders. Requirements. Bachelor's degree or higher in engineering, architecture or design is preferred. 5 10 years of operations experience. Experience in managing teams of 20+ members. MBA is a bonus. Mandatory Pointers (Can't be neglected during screening). Category P&L ownership for the city. Planning & procurement. Warehouse & logistics. Project execution & management. Onboard and liaise with the vendors. Maximize CSAT and unit economics. Experience in managing teams of 20+ members. Only MALE Candidates are required. Tier 1 candidates are required.
