Job Responsibilities. ï‚· Help our clients to delivery change management interventions which support the implementation and adoption of technology and digital transformation programs. ï‚· Work as an effective change management consultant assisting our clients in their large-scale transformation journeys either as a sole change practitioner or leading the change team. ï‚· Work on all stages of the change management lifecycle including change strategy, change planning, communication and stakeholder management, change impact assessment, business readiness planning and training. ï‚· Manage and motivate client stakeholders and Infosys team members to create momentum and a high-performance culture respectively. ï‚· Develop thought leadership to drive points of view in the market and contribute to business development through RFP/RFI responses and proactive offer development. ï‚· Participate in practice building activity as a valued contributor to the change management community. This may involve training and knowledge management activity to mature our capability and practitioners.
  • Professionals we are looking for Smart, self-driven, highly focused & self-motivated people with top-notch communication skills, intellectual curiosity and experience in making a positive difference in a strategic or tactical transformation program.
  • ï‚· Overall experience of more than 5 years hands-on experience of implementing change management solutions across multiple technology enabled programs. ï‚· Experience in working in a global delivery model- preferably supporting programs in Europe or North America. ï‚· Experience in one or more of these change management areas:Change Strategy, Communication management; Business Readiness; Organizational Design; and Training. ï‚· Possess outstanding communication, presentation, client service and networking skills and experience in stakeholder engagement. ï‚· Have excellent interpersonal skills and strong written and verbal communication skills in English, and project-related. mobility/willingness to travel domestically and international. ï‚· Self-starter, able to lead workshops, work in a matrix team structure and assume client-facing roles at a client location (different clients may prefer onsite, hybrid or fully remote working styles you should be comfortable with all three of these). ï‚· Ability to create and deliver high-impact communications to senior stakeholders and facilitate discussions. ï‚· Familiar with the Agile method, as well as the Change Management (OCM) method, approaches and deliverables. Where are we hiring? Pan India- preferably Chennai, Delhi, Pune, Bangalore, Indore, Gurgaon, Bhubaneshwar, Chandigarh, Hyderabad.
  • Total Yrs. of Experience* 7 years. Relevant Yrs. of experience* 5 years of Organization Change Management (OCM). Qualification MBA from Tier 1 Institute. Mandatory skills*. Min. 5 years hands-on experience of implementing change management, Change Strategy, Communication management; Business Readiness; Organizational Design; and Training. Tech enabled change driving adoption of tech platforms digital enabled change. Exp of working GDM models supporting W.EUROPE. Experience working in Consulting Firms. Good To Have Skills. Change Impact Assessment, Communication Strategy, Change Strategy, Stakeholder Analysis, Change Readiness Assessment, Training Need Analysis (TNA), Stakeholder Management, ADKAR, Project Management, Digital Transformation, End-user Enablement, ERP Implementation, Data Analytics, HCM (Human Capital Management). Tools- Adobe Suite, Power BI, E-Learning Authoring Tools, ERP (Oracle SAP), Salesforce. Adobe Suite, Power BI, E-Learning Authoring Tools, ERP (Oracle SAP), Salesforce.
