Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Product Manager to join our team and take charge of our product lifecycle, including the design, development, and launch of products.
This role encompasses working closely with the engineering team, managing product features, and ensuring alignment with business goals. The ideal candidate will have substantial experience in GTM for subscription entitlements and SURF contracts.
Responsibilities
- Drive feature grooming and t-shirt sizing processes
- Design solution approaches and document them following SAFe methodologies
- Formulate stories for each feature based on the captured business requirements
- Ensure story and solution readiness prior to development stages
- Execute story grooming and engage in sizing activities with the engineering team
- Collaborate closely with engineering and development teams to provide clear direction
- Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of market demands and customer needs
- Lead cross-functional teams to ensure timely and successful product delivery
- Define and analyze key performance indicators to gauge product success
- Manage product roadmaps to ensure alignment with strategic objectives
- 10-16 years of experience as a Product Manager
- Qualifications in CPQ, subscription management and familiarity with entitlement processes
- Background in domain-specific GTM strategies for subscription entitlements and SURF contracts
- Proficiency in solution design and capturing approaches in alignment with SAFe
- Capability to work closely with engineering teams to guide and direct product development
- Flexibility to adapt to changing market trends and business priorities
- Knowledge of additional tools or methodologies to enhance product management processes
- Background in a broader range of CRM platforms
- Skills in advanced analytics to better measure product success
