Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Product /Owner/Manager to join our team in the Media Domain, with a strong focus on the Music Industry. As the Product Owner/Manager, you will own the entire product lifecycle, from ideation to launch, and work closely with various internal teams to ensure the delivery of innovative media products. Your expertise in Strong Royalty/Participation/Residual Knowledge in Media will play a pivotal role in shaping the product strategy and ensuring alignment with both market needs and evolving industry trends.

Job requirements
- Key Responsibilities:
- Defining the features of the product according to customer requirements.
- Leading the development process by creating a product roadmap based on this vision.
- Serving as the main point of contact between teams and stakeholders.
- Looking after all the stages of product creation including design and development.
- Organizing and ranking the items in the product backlog according to requirements.
- Helping the scrum/product development team achieve each sprint s goals.
- Before the product is released, each iteration is adjusted and improved.
- Locating areas that want improvement.
- Informing stakeholders and customers about the product s status.
- Work closely with the Product Management division to assure that Product and R&D are aligned on product strategy and direction.
- Manage the prioritized feature backlog and assure that it is correctly aligned with the product roadmap.
- Author clear, complete, and detailed user stories and acceptance criteria.
- Work closely with Scrum Masters and Engineers on sprint planning, including techniques such as story grooming, feature decomposition, spike stories, story estimating, story and sprint sequencing, etc.
- Preparing strategy and presenting ideas for stakeholders.
- Qualifications:
- 6+ years of product management experience, with at least 3 years focused on media products (music industry experience is a significant plus).
- Proven track record in managing the full product lifecycle from ideation through launch and iteration.
- Strong understanding of digital content delivery, music streaming platforms, and the broader broadcasting landscape.
- Strong Royalty/Participation/Residual Knowledge in Media.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize, manage timelines, and meet deadlines.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and present to senior leadership.
- Data-driven decision-making with experience using analytics tools to track product performance and user engagement.
- Familiarity with Agile development processes is a plus.
- Bachelor s degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field. MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
