Job Title: E-commerce Coordinator

We are looking for a detail-oriented E-commerce Coordinator to manage content syndication, B2B sales reporting, online training sessions, and partner engagement. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, analytical abilities, and a passion for e-commerce.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain content hygiene on partner websites through content syndication.
• Compile and analyze B2B sales reports to provide insights.
• Arrange and coordinate online training sessions via ON24.
• Conduct research on industry trends and competitors.
• Engage with partners to inform them about schemes and order bookings.
• Create and maintain accurate monthly reports in Excel.
• Communicate effectively with partners regarding e-commerce activities.
  

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or E-commerce.
• Experience in e-commerce, sales reporting, or a similar role.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data analysis tools.
• Preferred: Knowledge of SEO, digital marketing, and B2B sales.
