Marketing Manager

We are hiring Marketing Manager for Kolkata branch

Location: Salt Lake, Kolkata

Work Mode : work from office

Experience: Minimum 4 to 6 years of experience required in Marketing (IT industry)

Qualifications:

• Master's degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
• Proven experience in marketing, preferably as a marketing manager or in a related role.
• Strong understanding of marketing principles, digital marketing, and advertising techniques.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency with marketing software and analytics tools.
• Analytical mindset and the ability to interpret data to drive decision-making.
• Creativity and problem-solving skills.
• Certification in relevant areas can be beneficial.

Key Responsibilities:

• Market Research: Conduct market research to identify target audiences, industry trends, and competitive landscapes.
• Strategy Development: Develop comprehensive marketing strategies and plans tailored to the businesss objectives.
• Campaign Planning: Create marketing campaigns that may include digital marketing, traditional advertising, content marketing, social media, email marketing, and more.
• Budget Management: allocate and manage marketing budgets effectively to maximize return on investment.
• Content Creation: Oversee or assist in the creation of marketing content, including copywriting, graphic design, and video production, if necessary.
• SEO and SEM: Provide guidance on search engine optimization (SEO) and search engine marketing (SEM) to improve online visibility.
• PPC : focuses on managing and optimizing paid ads, driving targeted traffic, improving ROI, and analyzing campaign performance.
• Social Media Management: Advise on social media strategies and content, including posting schedules and engagement techniques.
• Analytics and Reporting: Monitor campaign performance, track key performance indicators (KPIs), and prepare regular reports for clients.
• A/B Testing: Implement A/B testing to optimize marketing strategies and improve campaign effectiveness.
• Adaptation and Optimization: Continuously adapt strategies based on changing market conditions and client feedback.
• Stay Informed: Keep up-to-date with industry trends, marketing tools, and technology to offer innovative solutions.
