We are seeking a Business Development Manager with experience in software sales. We re looking for a motivated individual to join our team and contribute significantly. In this role, you ll identify new business opportunities by establishing and nurturing relationships with potential clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide day-to-day hands-on sales execution, including marketing requirements.
Build key customer relationships, identify business opportunities, negotiate, and close business deals.
Prepare techno-commercial proposals for the Board of Directors and decision-making.
Propose custom-built software solutions to clients, working under strict monthly and quarterly targets.
Promote new software products to customers.
Build sustainable customer relationships by engaging with both IT and business users.
Ensure business targets are met or exceeded on a quarterly and annual basis.
Build strategic relationships with assigned accounts.
Drive sales strategy sessions for assigned accounts while contributing to and coordinating the execution of account plans within the assigned region.
Report on relevant sales data.
Uncover potential client needs to sell solutions.
Update product information, pricing, and contract terms.
Assist sales through calls and web-based presentations to maintain product positioning and strategies.
Maintain in-depth knowledge of products, technologies, competitors, and market conditions.
Manage industry competitive knowledge to leverage the sales cycle.
Maintain the full lifecycle of the sales process from prospecting to closure.
Demonstrate commercial awareness of mobile and digital products, and SaaS.
Activities include:
Developing and maintaining a sales pipeline, targeting leads for our Ecommerce, Mobile, CRM ERP applications.
Demonstrate products to clients.
Delivering presentations, creating proposals, and closing deals.
Staying informed about industry legislation and best practices, and providing sales lead updates to senior management.
Managing outstanding payments and setting targets for the sales team.
