We are seeking a warm, professional, and customer-focused Meet and Greet Guest Relations Executive to join our team at the airport. In this role, you will provide personalized assistance to travelers, ensuring a stress-free and seamless airport experience from arrival to departure. This is a dynamic and fast-paced role ideal for individuals passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and hospitality.

Key Responsibilities

  • Meet and Greet Passengers:
  • Welcome travelers upon their arrival at the airport with a friendly demeanor.
  • Ensure every passenger feels valued and well-cared for during their journey.
  • Escort and Navigation Assistance:
  • Guide passengers through airport processes, including check-in, security, immigration, and boarding.
  • Assist with navigating airport amenities such as lounges, baggage claim areas, and departure gates.
  • Information and Support:
  • Provide accurate information about flight schedules, gate changes, airport facilities, and special services.
  • Address passenger inquiries and ensure clear communication.
  • Baggage Assistance:
  • Assist passengers with luggage handling, including porter services, and provide support during baggage claims if necessary.
  • Specialized Services:
  • Deliver VIP services for high-profile passengers.
  • Provide tailored assistance to elderly travelers, unaccompanied minors, and passengers with special needs.
  • Issue Resolution:
  • Address and resolve passenger concerns or complaints with professionalism and efficiency.
  • Coordinate with airport and airline staff to resolve issues swiftly.
  • Coordination:
  • Collaborate with airline, airport, and ground staff to ensure smooth passenger flow and high-quality service.
  • Documentation and Reporting:
  • Maintain accurate records of services rendered, incidents, or feedback in line with airport policies.

Qualifications

  • Education:
  • Graduate, diploma or equivalent; additional certification in hospitality, tourism, or customer service is a plus.
  • Experience:
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in customer service, hospitality, or airport-related roles is preferred.
  • Skills:
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities with a customer-first approach.
  • Ability to work calmly under pressure in a fast-paced airport environment.
  • Multilingual skills are an advantage, especially in widely spoken languages.
  • Other Requirements:
  • Flexibility to work in rotating shifts, including weekends and holidays.
  • Professional appearance and demeanor.
  • Physical ability to walk, stand for extended periods, and assist with luggage handling as required.
