Job Description

We are looking for a skilled and proactive Admin and Sales Executive with 2–5 years of experience to join our team. This dual role involves ensuring efficient administrative operations and contributing to sales growth by engaging with clients and managing sales processes. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills, a customer-focused attitude, and a proven track record in sales.

Key Responsibilities

Administrative Duties:

  • Oversee daily office operations, including maintaining records, schedules, and correspondence.
  • Manage administrative tasks such as invoicing, documentation, and expense tracking.
  • Liaise with vendors, suppliers, and service providers to ensure smooth operations.
  • Prepare and maintain reports, presentations, and other business documentation.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

Sales Duties:

  • Develop and nurture client relationships to drive sales and meet revenue targets.
  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries and provide effective solutions.
  • Prepare and present sales proposals, agreements, and product/service demonstrations.
  • Analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to execute promotional campaigns.
  • Provide regular feedback and reports on sales activities and client engagement to management.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Experience: 2–5 years of experience in administrative and sales roles.

Skills:

  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM tools.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Familiarity with sales processes and customer relationship management.

Preferred Attributes

  • Experience in managing B2B or B2C sales.
  • Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to administrative tasks.
  • Knowledge of industry trends and market conditions.
