Job Description: Admin Executive Entrepôt Cargo Pvt. Ltd.

Position Title: Admin Executive
Location: Mumbai fort
Experience: 2-5 Years
Industry: Logistics & Freight Forwarding / Custom House Agents (CHA)


Key Responsibilities:

  1. Coordination with Ports and Airports:
    • Act as the primary point of contact for Nhava Sheva port and airport staff to ensure smooth operations.
    • Facilitate communication between field staff, clients, and CHA offices.
  2. Client and Internal Communication:
    • Serve as a liaison between clients and the CHA office to ensure timely updates and seamless coordination.
    • Address client inquiries, resolve issues, and provide real-time shipment updates.
  3. Reporting and Documentation:
    • Prepare and update daily, weekly, and monthly reports related to shipments, documentation, and operations.
    • Maintain accurate records and ensure proper filing for audits and reference.
  4. Email Communication:
    • Draft professional and concise emails for internal and external communication.
    • Ensure email etiquette is adhered to for correspondence with clients, customs officials, and stakeholders.
  5. Administrative Support:
    • Oversee day-to-day administrative tasks, including handling shipments and CHA-related documentation.
    • Coordinate with various teams to ensure operational efficiency.
  6. Problem Solving:
    • Address operational challenges in a timely and efficient manner.
    • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and implement solutions.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Education: Graduate in any discipline (preferably logistics or related field).
  • Experience:
    • 2-5 years of experience in logistics or CHA operations.
    • Prior experience coordinating with Nhava Sheva port and airport staff is highly desirable.
  • Skills:
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
    • Excellent email drafting and writing skills.
    • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
